How do I install a new driver cable (the cord that helps start the mower) on a lawn mower?

It's a Honda 6.5 lawn mower. The driver cable has no tension in it and I need to install a new one to start the mower.

Remove four screws holding cord assembly down.If the cord is not broke ,rewind the spring and reinstall .If cord is broke ,replace cord , rewind spring and reinstall.

I have a quadra cut system harmony II hrt-216 lawn mower. I need a specific detailed picture of the throttle area so I know how to fix it, I am unsure of how to assemble it. Can anyone tell me where I might find such a picture,. I dont have the owners manual cause it was purchased at a garage sale. THANK YOU TO ANYONE WHO CAN HELP ME OUT.
