Answer
You can't, and don't really want to. There are NO parts you will use enough of to justify bulk purchases. Even the pros buy most parts retail.

Lots of lawn mowers are still built with pull start. How does pull start work to start your lawn mower. Does pulling the rope provide electricity that sparks the combustion chamber?

Just like the starter motor in a car.... except rather than being electrically powered it's starts rotating the crank with people power. Once the engine turns over and the crankshaft is spinning, it is self sustaining.... just like in a car.
