best petrol lawnmower deals image

Hi all
I am looking to buy a new lawn mower for under £350.
I am looking for preferably a 21" cutting width, but no lower than 20". A powerful engine is a necessity, and a large grass box would clearly be desirable. A deep cutting depth would be needed!
I have found this: http://www.cheapmowers.com/acatalog/McCulloch_M53-625CMDW.html which seems very good, and ticks the boxes I am interested in.
I am not overly bothered by mulching, or blowing out un-mulched grass hence why I didn't go for the more expensive 675 model.
If anyone can find any better deals/lawnmowers or have an opinion on this one that would be very much appreciated!

1) what are the good and bad points of both?
2) what are they both best for?
3) which is best for wet grass or grass that is wet and clogged after a rain?

two types of hover mower haven't seen for years
type 1 but with and electric motor and inconvenient power leads was ok for small area for a lawn by users who did not want to deal with petrol powered equipment
type 2 hover mowers powered by two stroke motors were used by councils to cut grass that was on such an angle of slope that normal mowers unable to manage.
mowers with wheels best points they have wheels are most used type of lawn mowers and come in a lot of different types of body's rear catcher side throwers utility type mulcher and combined mulcher catcher and some even have chipper function for small branches as well as self propelled.
what are the best for..?
the electric hover mower superseded by electric versions on wheels.by same company so they are out of it
the 2 stroke hover best on a slope to a wheeled lawn mower.. but that to is superceeded by the brush cutter or weed wacker for those situations also..
the wheeled lawn mowers is all their different types are best for all situations except very steep slopes.
best for wet grass is a wheeled mower with the largest opening to eject the clippings without clogging...
