Obviously each customer will be different, as they have different needs (size of lawn, health of lawn, frequency they need it cut, mulching or bagging, trimming, fertilizing, etc)
Ask your friends what they get or what their parents pay and come up with a reasonable fee schedule according to the comparable services you are going to offer.

Three national items comes first to mind: HOOVER = vacuum cleaner
CRAFTSMAN= lawn mowers
H.E.B.=Grocery stores.
