Whats the best zero turn lawn mower for my budget?

I have a little over/under 3,000 dollar budget. I would like a deck width of atleast 34'' and up to 42''. I know the toro at home depot is a good buy and is ranked high by consumer reports. Is there any dixon, exmark, hustlers, etc for under 3,000? Also does anyone know a website for used zero turn lawn mowers besides craigslist and ebay?

I've seen John deere zero turns for 2999 at Lowes. I personally would never buy a John Deere but for a small budget they are a good buy.

I need to buy a bottom oil seal for my lawn mower. I live in Georgia in the suburbs. What stores do you know for certain will carry this part. And don't tell me Home Depot because i've checked there already.
