Lawn Mower Recommendations?

I'm currently looking to purchase a new lawn mower. I'm looking for a good Mulcher, Rear Bag, Large Wheels in the back and easy to push. Any recommendations?

how do i drop the blades to cut the grass a little shorter without taking it apart? there's levers on the wheels but i don't know what they're for and not sure which direction to push them. it's a 6.0 21" mulcher mower

Pull out on the levers and it will drop the mower down or raise it up. Do this on all 4 wheels.
