How do I determine what's wrong with my self-propelling lawn mower as efficiently as possible?

For about a year, one wheel has not been turning. Now last week, the other stopped turning so the lawn mower is no longer self-propelled! It is also one heavy lawn mower now so I'd like to fix it as quickly as possible! There's no way my 9 year old can push this thing now, not even on the straight stretches!

Take it to a Small Motor repair shop. It sounds like the transaxle is out
of alignment or gear surfaces are damaged ,stripped or misaligned.

I just bought a lawnboy self propelled lawn mower with electric start. Can you help me figure out the fuse?

The directions says to plug a fuse into the battery. I cannot figure out what they are talking about. There is nothing in the box that looks like a fuse. Am I missing something? Do you now anything about a lawnboy self propelled lawn mower with electric start. Did someone at the store take the fuse out of the box? Where would it be? Am I just stupid cause I cannot find anything that looks like a fuse?

See if this helps - I just Googled Lawn Boy. The fuse is amber colored plastic. This shows where it goes.
