I have a 200 year old pecan tree in my yard and I want to cut it down. Is it worth anything to a sawmill.?

force_13@v

this is a huge tree that keeps dropping branches 1 foot in diameter on my new house. insurance says it has to go. other than that i love the tree, it shades my whole yard. dont kid yourself it has to go, cut, burn, sell, whatever.

Answer
Rather than cutting the tree down, you may check with some nuseries to see if it can be transplanted. There may be people willing to buy a tree of that size, maybe even on e-bay. I wouldn't want a bunch of pecans under my feet or in my lawnmower, but a 200 year old tree seems like a waste to cut it down.

How's this combo for getting ripped?

Nick

So here's what i've been doing that's gotten me from 200 - 170 pounds, in under 3 months.
First off I only drink water, and follow a high protein diet

This is the exercise
(35 pound Dumbbells)
5 Burpees
6 each lawnmowers
5 burpees
10 Declien Pushups
5 Burpees
8 One arm Curls
5 Burpees/Pullup combo
5 Burpees
7 either side chest flys
5 Burpees
6 Dumbbell Squats

And I go through this as fast as I can and then add 2 each round

So this seems to be working and it works fast, my quesiton is If I added p90x to this could I lose the fat from this, and build the lean muscle from p90x?

Or what If I did starting strength instead?

Thank you

Answer
Sounds good to me. I'm on a bulking diet trying to Gain weight so this wouldn't work for me. I'm supposed to do as little cardio as possible and do my exercises slowly considering the fact that my metabolism burns at triple capacity. p90x is mostly cardie so I think that would work good for you. I actually had to stop because of all the cardio. But one thing, I would add 2 glasses of milk a day to your drinks list, calcium = strong bones
