I have a steep hill where I have to cut the grass. Mixed gas & oil prevents motor to burn. If they still exist what kind or refer to the closest on the market

If the hill is so steep you can't use a 4 stroke push lawn mower I think you should get a really nice weed wacker. Most people use weed wackers on a hill that is really steep. Makes it safe too. Or just spray it with weed killer like roundup.

i need a new riding mower now im going to buy a craftsman should i get a manual or a hydrostatic transmission. my yard has some hills and im a big dude 260 pounds and i also want to tow a yard cart.

depending on how steep the hills are and what you are going to be hauling in your yard cart, you are going to be better off with a hydrostatic tranny, but you may want to look at a shaft drive mower instead of the belt drive, they do not have a drive belt, so you don't ever have to worry about it stretching and wearing out and then having to replace it. the shaft drive is much stouter as well and will pull whatever you want it to. hope this helps
