best lawn mower amazon image

My Riding lawn mower gas tank has a crack in it at the bottom that is causing it to leak. I don't have the money right now to replace the tank, so I wanted to find out about different epoxies or sealants I could use to fix it. It is a polypropylene tank I assume. But if there is nothing I can do to fix it I will have to buy a new one. But they're just a gob of money that I'd rather not spend.

JB Weld would probably work and I found a product made by Permatex called Permatex 80884 Gas Tank / Radiator Repair on Amazon.com. Be sure to drain the tank and clean and roughen (w/fine sandpaper) the area the sealer will be applied to.

How to kill dandelions on public property adjacent to my house?
Aunty Pat
I have been pouring boiling water on the plants, which I know will send thousands of seeds over to my lawn any day now, but there must be a better way. The land is near a parkway and lots of dogs walk here, so I hesitate to do something drastic like use herbicide. The lovely weeds are in bloom now, and I had my husband cut them very short with the lawn mower as a start. Any suggestions? thanks

pull them out from the root. Home Depot has a great tool that you dont have to bend over to get them, called the Weed Hound.
