I just recently purchased a new mower. In looking at the various choices at Consumer Reports, there was no Yardman ranked very high at all whereas some of the Craftsman mowers were better ranked.
From personal experience, I have found the Craftsman mowers to be pretty good. I have owned several including my most recent one. The only reason I am getting a new one is the need for a self propelled model rather than a push type.
