After that, if you are not already a PayPal user you need to go to

and SIGN UP. If you want to be able to receive credit card payments from other
people then you will need to sign up for a PREMIER or BUSINESS account (not a PERSONAL account, it's limited to, $500). This is highly recommended to allow others easy payment options. In order to place the initial $5 into your account, you will have to verify your bank account with PAYPAL (which may take a few days). PAYPAL is 100% secure and is used by millions of people worldwide. If you have difficulty trying to send payment to any of the listed email addresses then skip that address and move on to the next one. This could happen if an individual forgets to upgrade their account to Premier or Business and has reached the limit on their account.
STEP 2:
Here is where the action occurs. The first thing to do is to send a
$1.00 payment to each of the 5 email addresses on the current list
from your PayPal account. To do this quickly and successfully, follow
these simple steps:
1. Login to PayPal and click on the "Send Money" tab near the top of
the screen
2. In the "Recipient's Email" field enter the email address
3. In the "Amount" field enter "1" (This is your $1.00 payment)
4. In the "Category" field select "Service" (Keeping it legal)
5. In the "Subject" field type "EMAIL LIST", and in the "NOTE" field
enter "PLEASE PUT ME ON YOUR EMAIL LIST". By doing this, you are
creating a service and maintaining the legality of the system by
"paying" for the service.
6. Finally, click on the "Continue" button to complete the payment.
Repeat these steps for each of the 6 email addresses. That's it! By
sending the $1.00 payment to each address, you are implementing the

Need a new lawn mower?

Unfortunately, I have to be a new lawnmower. I have a large property and want a self propelling one that bags and mulches. Any advice on what I should be looking for would be appreciated.

The big decision for self propelled mowers is front or rear wheel drive. Front wheel drive is easier to turn because when you lift up the front wheels to turn they'll stop dragging the mower forward.
For a large lawn its well worth the money to get a mower with a bigger engine. You'll be able to go faster and it will mulch better. I'd recommend at least 6hp
Just like cars, the quality of the engine is really important. A cheaply made engine will lose hp quicker and give you problems sooner. Look for something with a name brand engine like Briggs and Stratton.
Last, this is just personal preference, but some self propelled mowers automatically move at the speed you're walking at. I love this feature. I had a Toro Personal Pace mower until I accidentally ran HCL through it. (long story) It was by far my favorite. Basically you make it go forward by pushing the handle, which slides forward and engages a clutch kinda like a manual transmission car. The end result is that it constantly adjusts to your walking pace.
