I have a Wheel Horse A81 riding lawn mower and the deck belt came off. I went to purchase a new belt for it, but have no idea as to how it is supposed to go. Can someone please help me?

Is it possible to buy grass seeds that grows short grass that never needs to be cut?

I just want to grow some grass in my little garden (in the UK) and not have to cut it as I don't have a lawn mower and don't want to buy one, as I don't have the space to store it and it's costly.
